Mr Covington has more than 38 years' experience in business management and is the Acting Chairman of OzCrest Minerals Limited.
Mr Covington has managed the Company since commencement and has wide-ranging experience in financing of multimillion dollar projects and extensive experience in various industries in Australia. Mr Covington has headed the business development of OzCrest Minerals Limited since inception. For the last five years he has been instrumental in expanding the number of tenements for the Company. He has wide ranging business management experience and has been involved in equity raising, development and the marketing of numerous projects. His leadership roles have included a range of senior positions in publicly listed and private companies. Mr Covington brings depth to the Board of OzCrest Minerals Limited.

Ms Thomson is a Founding Director Of OzCrest Minerals Limited and brings over 30 years experience in Public Communication encompassing marketing, advertising and public relations for a wide range of companies.
Ms Thomson has also been lecturing for 15 years and her expertise lies with Investor Relations, Media Management, Community Relations and Issue and Crises Management. She is a graduate of University of Technology, Sydney and holds a Master of Arts degree in Communication Management from that University. Ms Thomson has also had management experience and is a Director of a number of companies in the Mining Resource sector. Ms Thomson has been involved with advancing mining interests for the past ten years for various mining companies and has been involved with this project since inception. Ms Thomson has been an integral member of the executive management team at OzCrest Minerals Limited for the past five years.

Mr Cavric has extensive experience in the legal profession and is a Practice Director of a Sydney Law firm.
Mr Cavric's tertiary qualifications include a Bachelor of Economics and a Master of Law degrees from the University of Sydney. Mr Cavric brings a wealth of corporate experience to OzCrest Minerals Limited with a career spanning the accounting and consulting space as a manager in the property and finance group of a top tier accounting firm to his current role as a practice director of a leading law firm. Mr Cavric's knowledge spans the legal, accounting, corporate and strategic space. On a personal level he has had a keen interest and experience of the equity markets and mining entities.
